Log overthinking kyun karte hain?

Kabhi notice kiya hai — jab problem chhoti hoti hai, tab bhi dimaag use bada bana deta hai?

Ek baat sochni hoti hai, lekin dimaag usi baat ke 10 possible negative versions bana leta hai.
Isi process ko hum overthinking kehte hain.

ye sirf “zyada sochna” nahi hai, balki ye dimaag ka self-protection mechanism hai jo kabhi-kabhi overactive ho jaata hai.

2. Past ka emotional load

Jab hum apni decision-making ability par trust nahi karte, to har decision ke baad self-questioning shuru ho jaati hai.
Dimaag poochta rehta hai:

  • Sahi kiya ya galat?
  • Log kya sochenge?
  • Agar fail ho gaya to?

Ye doubt dheere-dheere overthinking me badal jaata hai.

Overthinking me brain ka thinking part (prefrontal cortex) zyada active ho jaata hai.
Ye part normally planning aur analysis ke liye hota hai.

Lekin jab ye overactive hota hai:

  • brain danger detect karta hai jab danger hota hi nahi
  • body stress mode me chali jaati hai

Isliye overthinker ko:

Overthinking weak log nahi karte.
Zyada tar :

  • responsible
  • emotionally aware
  • intelligent log karte hain

Bas problem tab hoti hai jab soch action me convert na ho.

Ye  aapki kamzori nahi hai.
Ye is baat ka proof hai ki aap deeply sochte ho.
Solution ye nahi ki sochna band kar do,
solution ye hai ki soch ko clarity aur action ki direction do.
Jab aap feelings ko samajhne, accept karne aur express karne lagte ho —
overthinking dheere-dheere khud kam hone lagti hai.
